Delivery Information
Orders placed prior 15.00 are sent same working day, for UK and EU orders only. Orders placed after 13.00 on Friday will be sent the following working day.

All our orders are despatched on a service which will require the goods to be signed for, so you may prefer to specify a business address when ordering.

Return & Exchange Policy
Thanks for shopping at Arbortec. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
Arbortec will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. For a full refund or exchange, please contact us within 30 days from the receipt of original order. The items must be returned with all the Arbortec tags still attached and must be in their original packaging such as shoeboxes and clothing boxes. Your Item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If the your return is approved, we will then issue a refund to your account.
Faults with Item
Arbortec will accept items that have issues if notified or returned to the head office within the warranty time. (Please Find the warranty periods below) The begin the returns process we will need the following details sent to support@arbortec.com .
