At Arbortec, we’re committed to getting your gear to you quickly, reliably, and safely, wherever you are in the world. Whether you're based in the UK, across Europe, North America, or anywhere else, we offer fast and efficient shipping options to ensure your order arrives on time.
Orders received prior to 3pm (UK time) for delivery to the UK & EU will be dispatched on the same day. Orders received after this time will be sent on the next working day.
Orders for delivery to the USA, Canada & Rest of the World placed on Monday – Thursday will be dispatched within 24 hours of receipt. Orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched on the next working day.

Additional Information
- Any customs duties or additional charges which apply to your order (if your order is delivered outside of the UK) will be your responsibility and are not included in the delivery costs.
- Delivery times will vary dependant on the country. If you are buying products during promotional periods, it may take a little longer for our products to be delivered to you.
- Whilst we endeavour to have your items delivered as soon as possible, if it has been delayed by an event outside of our control (eg: carrier delays, logistics or weather) we will let you know as soon as we are made aware.
Customs & Import Fees
About Customs Fees
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that any customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges required by the destination country are paid promptly upon request. If these charges are not settled and the shipment is returned to us, we reserve the right to raise an invoice on your account for all associated costs including return shipping fees, storage charges, and administrative fees.
If you are unsure on whether you'll be subject to customs fees, we strongly recommend you contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
European Deliveries within the EU
We will ship all these orders from our warehouse located in the EU. If any of your requested products are not available in our EU warehouse you will be given the option to have these dispatched from the UK. (please see “European Deliveries Outside of the EU” section for information about the charges you would incur).
European Deliveries Outside of the EU
Charges vary depending on the destination country’s regulations. Please note that some countries may apply import taxes and duties from €0, while others have a threshold (eg: €150,00).
- All shipments will require customs clearance which is normally completed by our carrier.
- VAT will be charged at your local rate.
- Import duty amounts may vary depending on the origin of each product.
USA
- Orders above $800 will be subject to U.S. import duties and local taxes.
- For orders below $800 standard customs clearance procedures apply.
- Import duty amounts will vary depending on the origin of each product.
Canada
We will ship all these orders from our warehouse located in the EU. If any of your requested products are not available in our EU warehouse you will be given the option to have these dispatched from the UK.
- Shipped from EU – No Import Duties are Payable. Local taxes will be charged.
- Shipped from UK - Import Duties and local taxes are Payable - duty amounts may vary depending on the origin of each product.
Australia
- All orders will be subject to Import Duties.
- Import Duty amounts may vary depending on the origin of each product.
- Goods and Services Tax + Customs Entry Fee will be payable.
- Please check with the Department of Home Affairs for more information.
New Zealand
- All orders above NZD $60 will be subject to import duties
- Import Duty amounts may vary depending on the origin of each product.
